Craig from Sterling Plumbing and Heating has serviced my elderly dad’s LPG boiler for him a year ago and also came out to us VERY quickly when it was showing a fault and my dad had no heating in this icy cold weather. He resolved the issue, got the boiler and heating back on and is coming back to remedy the problem so it doesn’t happen again, as well as giving the boiler another service and addressing an issue that has also been discovered.
He also made sure the LPG gas bottles met the current regulations and fitted a chain and lock to secure them to my dad’s lodge.
Highly recommend using the services of Sterling Plumbing and Heating.

Credit where credit is due! I cannot recommend this company enough! After spending several hours on the Internet/YouTube trying to work out if I could fix the heating from my boiler (& my brother then doing the same), I had to bite the bullet & contact a boiler engineer, having no idea if it was an 'easy fix' or a big problem. I contacted the company who normally services my boiler & it was going to cost £90 call out before any work. I'd seen good reviews for Sterling so thought I'd get a quote from them too. They asked me to send pics of the prob & helped me sort it myself without any call out & no fees, plus advised me on another plumbing problem!! I've never known a company do that & am so grateful sat in my nice warm house this eve. Thank you!! They certainly have my business now after their kind treatment today.

Craig came recommended from a business contact. He responded to our enquiry quickly, ask lots of questions, was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it successfully and efficiently. We were struck by the care Craig took in his assessment and high level of customer service, taking the time to explain the fault and suggested solution. He also went over and beyond of what he had to do. We look forward to welcoming him back for our annual service.

I have been using Sterling for a number of years now and can honestly say I would never go anywhere else. Craig and his team first came to look at my boiler and unfortunately it needed replacing. He recommended the right one for me and installed it a few days later. Sterling have replaced my bathroom within the last year and the attention to detail, workmanship and professionalism is second to none. I have recommended Craig and his team to other friends of mine and they have had the same experience.
